We are really excited to announce that registration is open for the Second Annual Northwest Arm Learn to Sail Regatta taking place on August 19th, 2023!
The Northwest Arm Learn To Sail Regatta is a one-day regatta hosted by Armdale Yacht Club to celebrate the skill and enthusiasm of all those who learn to sail on the beautiful Northwest Arm. The Regatta is a FUN (we can’t understate that) and accessible event that brings together CANSail/Learn to Sail program dinghy and keelboating sailing students from every club and team on the Arm, including:
- Armdale Yacht Club
- The Waegwoltic Club
- The Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron
- Members of East Coast ILCA
- Sail Able class participants
- Your club?
Other clubs are welcome in 2023!
If you are from yacht clubs or organizations not listed above and wish to participate, please contact sailtraining@armdaleyachtclub.ns.ca to make arrangements. We’d love to have your participation. Spaces are limited, so please reach out if you’d like your club to take part!
