Posted August 9th at 2 pm: Due to tomorrow’s forecast calling for a strong wind warning, as well as rain and risk of thunderstorms, we will have to reschedule our regatta for the safety of everyone involved.
New dates:
- Thursday, August 22nd – Dinghies (420, Opti, Laser)
- Saturday August 24th – Keelboat (Solings)
We will update you next week with a more detailed schedule for each race day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All clubs welcome!
Our goal is to have as many learn to sail participants come together and have fun! Registration is still open and we have room for more boats.
If you are bringing boats by road, we have space for drop off and overnight storage of visiting boats and coach boats.
We may have club boats available if transportation is an issue – please contact us to discuss it further.

About the regatta
The Regatta is intended to be a fun and accessible regatta that brings together dinghy and keelboating sailing students from clubs and teams on the Arm and beyond.
It’s a great introduction to regattas for both sailors who are getting into sailing and more advanced sailors in race teams.
Located on the beautiful Northwest Arm, there are ample locations for families and friends to watch the racing.
